미라클 모닝 Day 36

  • Getting up:

At 6:00. Getting up early is still hard. There is no time to meditate. 

 

  • Exercise:

Running 10 mins. I'm getting used to running. It's a good sign. 

 

  • Meditation:

These days I didn't focus on mind study. I need to keep calm in my mind. 

 

  • Giving thanks:

Having more time to talk with mother.
