At 6:00

 

  • Exercise:

Running for 12.5 min. (A circle of park)

 

 

  • Meditaion:

My mind is subject to matters outside. Once something happens, the weather of my mind changes easily and continue to be cloudy. Whole plan of the day becomes nothing. I come to lose the focus of my mind. 

 

 

  • Giving thanks:

Good conversation with mom
