미라클모닝 Day 34

  • Getting up:

At 6:10

 

  • Exercise:

Running for 8 min. 30 sec. and walking.

I ran very slowly. My endurance level is getting higher. 

 

  • Meditation:

Consistency wins. I realized this through running. At first, it was hard to run for 30 seconds. Now, it became 8 minutes. Everything is difficult until it becomes easy. 

Don't worry over the matter I can't control. Life is full of pain and unexpected things. Sometimes it gives treasures. Enjoy the season of spring in life but also be prepared for the season of winter. 

Always concentrating on the present. I had some free time in the office but I tried to focus on the present moment and kept listening to the lecture.
