  • Getting up:

At 05:55. Due to cold weather, I feel like staying in the blanket more. 

 

  • Meditation:

Do not make a frame of dualism. Embrace the both sides. 

To get rid of old habit, the attaction of new habit must be stronger. 

 

  • Giving thanks:

Running 3 mins and taking a walk in the morning
