At 6:30. 

 

  • Exercise

: Starting Cashwalk app. 

 

  • Meditation:

Emotions people feel in life are by and large the same. Don't focus too much on the temporary emotions. They are just like wind. They don't stay longer. 

 

  • Giving thanks:

I got a haircut and did some housework I planned. 

I ran 4 min 40 sec.
