미라클 모닝 Day 20

As I grow older, I find more people sick around me. Most of them are from aging. Some are from drinking alchol,  smoking, lack of exercise, or stress at work. It's a bit ironical. When we were young, we were so naive and ignorant but healthy, however, we are now more mature and knowlegable but weak and sick.
