Old habit is hard to change. Sometimes those old habits become one part of our lives and we don't even realize we have some tendency as a habit. Maybe someone very close will notice it and tell us we seem to act as a habit. For example, in the way of talking, we don't often realize we have some tendency. Some people always complain when they have some change no matter what it is. Some people always worry about something. I can say they have negative attitude on the uncertain matter.
I also need to analyze myself whether I have a habit to change. What I know now is that I am effected easily by my environment. My emotion is subject to the atmosphere of the place or the day. I need to be more focused and goal-oriented. I think too much and act less.
I wish I become more sharp on decision making and simple not complicated.
