- Getting up:
At: 6:00. Need to get up earlier.
- Exercise:
Running for 8 min. 30 sec. and taking a walk. I will keep running for 8.5 min. for a few more days.
- Meditation:
Discard the prejudice. Everything is not black and white.
- Giving thanks:
Good digestion. These days I have no consipation.
Running is getting easier.
